Getting You Back On Track QUICK

Treatment Options

As a qualified Physiotherapist and certified member of both the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health Care Professions Council we specialise in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of Musculoskeletal and Sporting injuries.

The aim of your initial and continued assessments is to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. This could relate to your nervous system, a soft tissue problem related to muscle, tendon or skeletal tissue related to bone, joint, ligament or cartilage.

We identify the mechanism of injury through a combination of diagnostic tests and detailed questioning. The problem is then treated with a combination of manual therapy to mobilise stiff joints or dysfunctional soft tissues and is accompanied with a bespoke rehabilitation exercise programme.

We use an exercise platform which not only gives you pictures and a description of your programme but also gives access to online evidence-based videos.
